Sumario:The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship that exists between VAK learning styles and reading comprehension of the students of the V cycle of primary school at the Educational Institution 60261 EL Amauta. The research was basic with a quantitative approach and non-experimental, cross-sectional design with a correlational scope. The population and sample consisted of 118 students. The results determined that the highest percentage, 43%, is in the sometimes levels - in the process of correlation between learning styles and reading comprehension, findings supported by the values obtained in the hypothesis test in which the existence of significant relationship between these variables, because a p-value < α=0.05 and a positive correlation coefficient equal to 0.849 was obtained, concluding that there is a high degree of coherence between the VAK learning styles and reading comprehension.
