Sumario:The present study was carried out on the lands of the MASTER farm, in King Kong, San Juan district, Loreto Region. Approximately 25 km from the city of Iquitos. Whose geographical coordinates are the following 73°23'07.4” W and a latitude of 03°52'02”0 S, at 79 m.s.n.m. Its objective was to evaluate the agronomic characteristics and the grain yield of the peanut crop with the incorporation of substrates and the interaction of mycorrhiza in soils of "height". Four treatments with different substrates were evaluated in the peanut crop, which were installed in a type and design of complete blocks at random with repetitions, quantitative, experimental and transversal, planted with 03 plants per hit, equivalent to a population of 41,666 plants. / hectare for peanuts respectively. The grain yields were recorded in grains / competitive plant and finally increased in kg / ha. The results for grain yield indicate that there is no significant difference for peanuts, noting a greater influence of mycorrhiza in the treatment with chicken manure. The results for morphological characteristics in peanuts do not indicate that there is a significant difference for plant height. Number of pods per plant and number of grain per pod. It does not show significant effects on the characteristics of pod length, pod weight per plant, pod weight per hectare, grain weight per plant and grain weight per hectare.
