Sumario:This study was applied, descriptive and non-experimental. In which it was demonstrated that the quality of care and user satisfaction are related, that is, as the quality of care grows, there are more happy users. The study had a sample of 196 users, a survey and questionnaire were used to collect the required data. The results of the data adhered to the formal guidelines of each instrument of Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 23, likewise, the Spearman correlation test was used, the results indicate that there is a relationship between the variables. both in the general objective, as well as in the specific objectives.
