Sumario:The objective was to determine the degree of relationship between Conflict Management and Communication Skills in Students. It was a correlational, non-experimental study seeking correlation between variables, without manipulating the independent variable: Conflict Management, but observing situations of the natural context to later analyze it and the specific design was the correlational transectional because the relationship between the studied variables was described at a specific moment and in a single time. We worked with a population of 94 students and 4 teachers. The sample consisted of 100% of the 4th grade students selected by convenience. The interrelation between Conflict Management and Communicative Skills, using Chi Square (X2) was obtained X2c = 36,14, X2t = 9.48 i.e. X2c > X2t, gl = 4, ∞ < 0.05%, concluding that there is an interrelation between both variables studied.
