Sumario:Evaluating the effect of the application of the empathic communication program to strengthen the inclusive management of directors and teachers of the educational institution Colegio Mariscal Andrés Avelino Cáceres Iquitos 2024, has been the main objective of the research. The methodological treatment included the type of evaluative research, with a quasi-experimental, field, longitudinal and univariate design. Population of 120 directors and teachers and sample of 60 of them. For data collection, a written test validated by expert judgment and applied through the survey technique was used. The study confirms that the application of the empathic communication educational program had a significant impact on the inclusive management of directors and teachers of the Colegio Mariscal Andrés Avelino Cáceres Educational Institution in Iquitos, 2024. The results show a significant increase in the Inclusive Management scores, going from an average of 9.45 in the Pretest to 14.57 in the Posttest. The statistical significance obtained (p = .000) confirms the effectiveness of the program, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. These findings reflect substantial improvements in inclusive leadership, collaboration and participation, ongoing professional development, and inclusive pedagogical practices, consolidating empathetic communication as a key strategy to strengthen educational management in inclusive contexts.
