Sumario:The objective of this research is to analyze how management factors affect the performance of teachers in secondary education educational institutions in Requena 2023. The study included a census sample of 183 secondary school teachers, who received two questionnaires. The result of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the components of the model as a whole showed a significance value of 0.000, therefore it is concluded that the management factors influence the teaching performance of the study sample. The analysis of variance of the dimensions of the pedagogical factor’s variables with a simple linear regression model showed a significance of 0.000, This implies that the dimensions: institutional management, pedagogical management, administrative management and directive community management are factors that influence performance. teaching. Therefore, the general and specific research hypotheses formulated were accepted.
