Sumario:The present investigation is framed in the following problem: How does pedagogical leadership influence the performance of teachers in Public Educational Institutions at the Secondary level with Full School Day in the city of Requena 2019? Its general objective was to explain the influence of pedagogical leadership on the performance of teachers in Public Educational Institutions at the Secondary level with a Full School Day in the city of Requena, 2019. The non-experimental design was chosen, of an explanatory type and of a descriptive level. The results were analyzed and the work concluded that the pedagogical leadership, manifested by the teachers surveyed, is good, exposing itself in 62.2% and the teaching performance that translates to each of the teachers, is also good, appreciating in 64.4%, due to the good contribution and training in agreement in the Catholic religion and it is concluded that there is a high degree of influence of pedagogical leadership on teaching performance, accepting the alternative hypothesis, being verified with the statistical tests of Wald Wolfowitz and Friedman, both tests found the value of p = 0.000, which implies that there is a high degree of influence.
