The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the management of dispatch times and availability of materials and supplies at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2021, for which a descriptive study and non-experimental design was chosen, having as population 60 workers, using the survey technique and the questionnaire for data collection, where the information has been processed in the Excel program and SPSS v.26. Within the results, it is observed that the management of dispatch times was qualified as very efficient (31%) because, (46%) states that there are never inappropriate things or garbage on the floor that can interrupt activities, as well as the (67%) refer that the necessary materials in the warehouse are always identified, but (48%) never present written formats or procedures to have knowledge, in addition, (69%) always use technological equipment, and they keep a control of the stocks that must be received at the time of delivery of the merchandise. Likewise, the availability of materials and supplies was qualified as very adequate (31%), since (62%) reveals that the signs in the corridors never indicate what type of material and supplies can be found, and that (38% ) always verify the quantities with the requested purchase order, (56%) always verify the products and the physical conditions of the warehouse. The work concluded that there is a significant relationship between management of dispatch times and availability of materials and supplies contrasted by a correlation of 0.612. Likewise, a significance of 0.526 was determined for storage; for distribution a significance of 0.533 and for efficiency a significance of 0.368, while there is a (bilateral) significance at the 0.000 level, rejecting the null hypothesis, accepting the research hypothesis.
