The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the management of dispatch times and availability of materials and supplies at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2021, for which a descriptive study and non-experimental design was chosen, having as population 60 workers, using the survey technique and the questionnaire for data collection, where the information has been processed in the Excel program and SPSS v.26.
