Sumario:The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction for the company Sedaloreto, Iquitos 2022. The study population of the experiment is made up of 200 Sedaloreto customers who visit the customer service area. with a resulting Pearson correlation score of 0.738**. and 0.000 is the two-sided sigma value. In cases where the P-value (significance) is less than 0.05, apply the decision rule. The idea has gained acceptance. In Sedaloreto, 2022, a significant correlation was found between service quality and user satisfaction, with a Pearson correlation value of 0.738** and a sigma value of 0.000. This confirmed the validity of the hypothesis. rice paddy. The correlation is moderate, but due to its importance, we found that the company's quality of service characteristics are related to user satisfaction. Regarding the categories, they are: Variable 1, service quality, was rated in the good category by 72% of users, and variable 2, user satisfaction, was rated in the regular category by 62% of users. the times.
