The thesis "Environmental factors that affect the landscape of the Tarapacá boardwalk, city of Iquitos", the objective had of the determining the magnitude and importance of the actions carried out to obtain an environmental impact effect in the study area. The methodology used was a qualitative research approach, descriptive exploratory research, the technique of Structured Observation of the Leopold Matrix model was used, adapted to the reality of the city. The factors studied vertically were: Regime Modification, Land Transformation, Resource Exploitation, Land Modification and Waste Treatment (causes) and horizontally studied: Physical-chemical Characteristics, Biological Conditions, Cultural Factors and Ecological relationships (effect). It has been established that there is a very negative impact on the causes, they were: Modification of the regime and Transformation of the Land. On the side of the effect, the very high negative impact was: the physical-chemical characteristics and the biological conditions. The result was -81 valuation, concluding that there is a Severe negative environmental impact on the environmental factors that affect the landscape of the Tarapacá boardwalk in the city of Iquitos.
