Sumario:The investigation assesses how a Knowledge Management Program influences the enhancement of research skills among university students at the Faculty of Education, UNAP, in 2023. The findings are discussed in connection with the following research query: "How does the Knowledge Management Program impact the enhancement of research competencies among university students enrolled in the Faculty of Education?" The hypothesis proposed that integrating the knowledge management program would significantly enhance the research abilities of university students at the Faculty of Education, UNAP, in 2023. The primary goal was to assess the impact of the Knowledge Management Program on improving research competencies among university students enrolled in the Faculty of Education at UNAP in 2023. The study methodology used is an applied, quasi experimental approach, using a single group consisting of 30 students. The survey approach and a performance test were used, using an instrument that had been verified by specialists. The assessment of the impact of implementing the knowledge management program to enhance research capabilities has been determined. Regarding research competencies, it is evident that the competencies of searching for information and technological mastery have reached moderate levels of 73.3% and 90% among students. Similarly, the competencies of methodological mastery and communicating research results are moderately developed by 76.7% and 60% of students, respectively.
