The present investigation had as a general objective to identify how logistics management is carried out in the company FRAM S.A, city of Iquitos, period 2020, it had as a type of quantitative research of non-experimental design with a transactional design type with a simple descriptive scope; The study population was 30 people who work in the company FRAM S.A., and according to the characteristics of the investigation, it was an intentional non-probabilistic sample, concluding that 83.33% of the workers and officials surveyed state that the company prepares the registration of identification codes of the goods in the warehouse, safety stocks are controlled and, if necessary, replacements are made, the frequency of orders is controlled according to their use and duration, service activities in user areas are streamlined efficiently and effectively, in addition to preparing and presenting logistics management reports to the headquarters and carrying out a good distribution of materials and goods in the warehouses; It was also identified that 100% of the respondents state that fumigation and solid waste treatment activities are carried out, likewise, according to the results obtained in the documentary analysis, it is shown that the transport company FRAM S.A successfully carried out the cargo transport of the period 2020, the same ones that add up to 71 transported loads, being delivered in their entirety, having 0 lost and damaged loads, which demonstrates having an efficient logistics management.
