Descripción
Sumario:This thesis seeks to analyze the improvement of administrative management at the "José Torres Vásquez" Postgraduate School, year 2021, through the digitalization and systematization of administrative, academic and economic processes, taking as a sample all documentation managed virtually, in what refers to the time of attention to requests for records and certificates, attention to registration of grades and academic acts, as well as the improvement of management and administration of income and expenses. With this objective, the present Quantitative, Correlational level and Non-Experimental design investigation was carried out, determining that the highest concentration made to users was 30% for the attention of records and certificates in 7 working days later, 23% for the attention of registration of Notes and Academic Acts in 12 business days, 40% of the users were attended in 1 business day as a management improvement and 43% were attended in 3 business days in the administration of income and expenses. Concluding in the rejection of the general hypothesis, since the comprehensive system did not improve the administrative management of the "José Torres Vásquez" Graduate School, year 2021; due to the fact that the greater concentration of attention comprises more days, also rejecting specific hypothesis 1, since virtualization did not reduce collection times at the "José Torres Vásquez" Postgraduate School, year 2021; due to the fact that only 25% of the users were attended in 1 business day after their request and finally the specific hypothesis 2 is accepted, since virtualization reduced the academic registration times in the "José Torres Vásquez" Postgraduate School, year 2021; because the highest concentration of 23% were attended in 12 business days.
