Sumario:The Peruvian state has been implementing a digital government policy which is aimed at expanding the possi bility of access to information and public services by simplifying administrative processes and allowing the interpolation of state entities, providing a timely and quality service to citizens, in this context, virtual registry services allow strengthening the legal certainty of the different actors in society in a fast and timely manner. The general objective of the study is to determine the relationship between virtual registry services and the satisfaction of users in the area. registry IV of the Iquitos headquarters in 2022, using a quantitative approach, and a type of cross-sectional observational research and nonexperimental design, including 85 users of virtual registry services as a study population, with a questionnaire-type data collection instrument. Likert with 26 items with a coefficient reliability of cronbach's alpha of 0.912, using a method of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis in what corresponds to the analysis of correlation of variables, the study identified that virtual registration services and user satisfaction present a moderate and positive significant relationship with a Spearman's Rh correlation coefficient of 0.527, with a significance of 0.000, that the virtual registry service presents optimal characteristics in relation to the frequency of use, presentation and content, limitations, orientation and technical support in 53% of the cases. participants, that 65% of users consider the virtual registry service very satisfactory or satisfactory considering aspects such as quality of service, perceived value, trust, expectation and benefits of the service and that the main limitation of use is the quality of internet services in the city.
