The Peruvian state has been implementing a digital government policy which is aimed at expanding the possi bility of access to information and public services by simplifying administrative processes and allowing the interpolation of state entities, providing a timely and quality service to citizens, in this context, virtual registry services allow strengthening the legal certainty of the different actors in society in a fast and timely manner.
