| Sumario: | The main purpose of this research was to determine whether the application of the digital tool Planeo results in the improvement of the pedagogical management of the secondary school teachers of the Santa María del Amazonas Educational Institution, Tamshiyacu. For this purpose, a pre experimental design was chosen, in which 32 secondary school teachers of the Santa María del Amazonas Educational Institution, Tamshiyacu, were evaluated by means of questionnaires and an observation form before and after the intervention with Planeo. The results obtained show that teachers value positively the functionality and usefulness of Planeo to manage their pedagogical activity. However, there are areas for improvement regarding the interface and some of the tool's functionalities. Regarding the impact on teaching practice, the results show that the application of Planeo in the pedagogical activity has contributed to improve both the annual program and the didactic units or learning sessions. That is, there has been an improvement in the structure, coherence and alignment of the planning documents with the educational objectives, so it is concluded that the digital tool Planeo is presented as a very valid resource to contribute to the pedagogical management of teachers, but that it must be alternated with an adaptation of its designs. The results of this research show that the application of digital tools, accompanied by training processes, allows improving the quality of teaching practice. |
