| Sumario: | The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between institutional management and quality of service in the Local Educational Management Unit Ucayali Contamana, 2024. A descriptive correlational approach was used, with a sample of 98 managers and teachers of said institution, whom A survey was administered to them to capture their perceptions of the variables in question. The results obtained revealed that institutional management is considered regular, this is because the UGEL implements effective plans and strategies at times to improve this management. It also correctly carries out the resource acquisition and management processes, and provides pedagogical support and advice when requested. Sometimes, it actively promotes the participation of educational institutions, directors and teachers in community activities. Regarding the quality of service, it is evaluated as regular, because the UGEL does not comply with the established service hours. However, sometimes the service is fast and efficient when requesting information or assistance. Despite this, there is some confidence in the information provided by the UGEL. Users have always received personalized and friendly attention. In addition, the technological tools used sometimes facilitate procedures and care at the UGEL. Finally, a significant relationship between the variables was determined, supported by a high correlation of 0.840 and a significance value of 0.000. |
