The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between institutional management and quality of service in the Local Educational Management Unit Ucayali Contamana, 2024. A descriptive correlational approach was used, with a sample of 98 managers and teachers of said institution, whom A survey was administered to them to capture their perceptions of the variables in question. The results obtained revealed that institutional management is considered regular, this is because the UGEL implements effective plans and strategies at times to improve this management. It also correctly carries out the resource acquisition and management processes, and provides pedagogical support and advice when requested.
