The aim is to examine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among workers in the context of CEPRE UNAP Iquitos in 2023. A descriptive-correlational approach is adopted, utilizing Pearson correlation as a quantitative method to validate the hypothesis and gather data through surveys. The results reveal a connection between the variables, supported by a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.777, indicating a medium-strength positive correlation. The confirmation of the hypothesis is substantiated by bilateral significance, where the value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Additionally, there is a medium-strength positive correlation, indicating a positive correlation of medium magnitude between the study variables. With a significant p-value of 0.000, lower than 0.05, the existence of a relationship is confirmed. Regarding the dimension of interpersonal relationships, a positive and significant connection with job satisfaction among CEPRE UNAP 2023 workers is verified. The Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.755, and the bilateral significance value is 0.000, which is less than 0.05, indicating a significant correlation, even at a significance level of 0.01. The hypothesis is accepted based on these results.
