The objective is to examine how soft skills impact the labor performance of public employees at Hospital II-1 Contamana 2023. This investigation includes an explanatory and quantitative study, with a non-experimental, transversal and causal correlational design. The sample is made up of 105 public servants, obtained through a museum census. A form was used with 50 questions to evaluate soft skills and 20 for work performance, with answers on an ordinal scale. The first dimension shows a slight positive correlation between ethics and work performance, the second dimension shows a moderate positive correlation between leadership and performance, the third dimension reflects a medium positive correlation between teamwork and performance, the fourth dimension indicates a medium positive correlation between effective communication and performance, and the last dimension presents a weak positive correlation between problem solving and work performance. It is determined that there is an average positive correlation between soft skills and labor performance observed in public servants at Hospital II-1 Contamana 2023.
