Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialEl presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional fue desarrollado en la Facultad de Ingeniería Agrícola de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, durante el periodo 2018-2019. El objetivo principal fue presentar la Implementación de Estándares de calidad del Modelo de Acreditación para Programas de estudios de educación superior universitaria de SINEACE, con el objetivo de lograr la acreditación para el Programa de Estudios de Ingeniería Agrícola ante SINEACE. Se analizó la situación inicial del Programa frente a cada una de los estándares del Modelo, englobados en 04 Dimensiones y 12 factores. En base a ello se diseñaron Planes de Mejora por los 12 Factores del Modelo. El alcance de la Implementación abarcó el Programa de Ingeniería Agrícola a nivel de pregrado. La metodología del trabajo consistió en la ejecución de encuestas, entrevistas y revisión documentaria, diseño de Planes, formación de Comisiones de Apoyo y reuniones con todos los niveles de organización, tanto de la Universidad como Facultad. El proceso de ejecución de Planes de Mejora, así como la evidencia que sustente el cumplimiento de estándares, se consolidó en un Informe de Autoevaluación, presentado a SINEACE a finales del ciclo académico 2019-I. A inicios de noviembre del 2019, la Comisión de Evaluación realizó una visita de verificación a las instalaciones de la Facultad y campus universitario, con el fin de comprobar lo sustentando en el Informe. Se reunió con el Comité de Calidad, personal docente, Comisiones de Apoyo, egresados y estudiantes de la carrera, así como directivos de la universidad. Finalmente, la Comisión de Evaluación entregó el Informe Preliminar, con los resultados de la visita de verificación y análisis del Informe de Autoevaluación, donde indicaba el cumplimiento de 27 estándares de acreditación, con calificación de Logrado Plenamente y 07 estándares de acreditación con calificación de Logrado. El resultado daba a la Facultad la acreditación universitaria durante 02 años y el cumplimiento del objetivo del presente Trabajo.This Professional Sufficiency Work was developed in the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering of the La Molina National Agrarian University, during the period 2018-2019. The main objective was to present the Implementation of Quality Standards of the Accreditation Model for SINEACE University Higher Education Study Programs, with the aim of achieving accreditation for the Agricultural Engineering Study Program before SINEACE. The initial situation of the Program was analyzed against each of the Model standards, encompassed in 04 Dimensions and 12 factors. Based on this, Improvement Plans are designed for the 12 Factors of the Model. The scope of the Implementation covered the Agricultural Engineering Program at the undergraduate level. The methodology of the work consisted of the execution of surveys, interviews and documentary review, design of Plans, formation of Support Commissions and meetings with all levels of organization, both from the University and the Faculty. The process of executing Improvement Plans, as well as the evidence supporting compliance with standards, was consolidated in a Self-Assessment Report, presented to SINEACE at the end of the 2019-I academic cycle. At the beginning of November 2019, the Evaluation Commission made a verification visit to the facilities of the Faculty and university campus, in order to verify what is supported in the Report. He met with the Quality Committee, teaching staff, Support Commissions, graduates and students of the career, as well as university directors. Finally, the Evaluation Commission delivered the Preliminary Report, with the results of the verification visit and analysis of the SelfAssessment Report, where it indicated compliance with 27 accreditation standards, with a rating of Fully Achieved and 07 accreditation standards with a rating of Achieved.
