Departamento Académico de Economía y PlanificaciónLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de los factores socioeconómicos en la recaudación del impuesto predial y arbitrios en los distritos de La Molina y Ate durante el periodo 2020-2022. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño descriptivo correlacional simple. La muestra estuvo conformada por datos oficiales de las gerencias de recaudación de ambos distritos, considerando los arbitrios de limpieza, seguridad y parques. Los resultados de la prueba Tau b de Kendall revelaron una correlación directa y moderada (T=0,513) entre los factores socioeconómicos y la recaudación, indicando que a medida que mejoran los factores socioeconómicos, se incrementa la recaudación. El modelo de regresión lineal confirmó esta relación, con un coeficiente de pendiente positivo (m=0,573). Sin embargo, el coeficiente de determinación (r²=0,329) indicó que solo el 32.90% de la variabilidad en la recaudación se explica por los factores socioeconómicos, sugiriendo la influencia de otras variables. Concluye que, los factores socioeconómicos si tienen una influencia directa y moderada en la recaudación del impuesto predial y arbitrios en La Molina y Ate, lo que sugiere la presencia de otros factores como la eficiencia de la administración tributaria, las políticas de incentivos y la conciencia tributaria.This research aimed to determine the influence of socioeconomic factors on the collection of property taxes and fees in the districts of La Molina and Ate during the period 2020-2022. A quantitative approach with a simple correlational descriptive design was used. The sample consisted of official data from the collection management of both districts, considering cleaning, security, and park fees. The results of Kendall's Tau b test revealed a direct and moderate correlation (T=0.0513) between socioeconomic factors and collection, indicating that as socioeconomic factors improve, collection increases. The linear regression model confirmed this relationship, with a positive slope coefficient (m=0.573). However, the coefficient of determination (r²=0.329) indicated that only 32.90% of the variability in collection is explained by socioeconomic factors, suggesting the influence of other variables.
