Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialEl presente trabajo abarcó el análisis de la ejecución del presupuesto asignado al Proyecto de Mejoramiento de los Servicios Públicos para el Desarrollo Territorial Sostenible en el Área de Influencia de los Ríos Apurímac, Ene y Mantaro; denominado genéricamente como: “Proyecto de Desarrollo Territorial Sostenible – PDTS” de la Unidad Regional de Cusco (URP ECHARATE) del año 2022. Las operaciones abarcaron los distritos de Echarate y Megantoni de La Provincia de La Convención del departamento de Cusco. El proyecto buscó reducir la pobreza rural en las zonas convulsionadas del VRAEM Para el cumplimiento de su propósito el PDTS concentró los fondos en actividades agrupadas en cuatro componentes: i) Gobernanza e Inversiones en Recursos Naturales del Territorio, ii) Iniciativas Económicas Locales, iii) Conectividad e Infraestructura Territorial y iv) Gestión y Administración del Proyecto para el cumplimiento de las metas trazadas en el POA 2022 en beneficio de las comunidades rurales y nativas (CCNN) más pobres de diferentes pueblos indígenas del lugar como machiguengas, Ashánincas, Yine- yami, entre otras. En este sentido, el suscrito, como asistente administrativo, trabajó para lograr ejecutar el presupuesto consignado; llegando a consumar el 96.19 % que ascendió a S/1,263988.15 beneficiando a 1,364 familias de comunidades rurales y nativas en estado pobreza, de las cuales 546 fueron mujeres y 818 son hombres. Se aperturó 1168 cuentas de ahorro para las mujeres y de 234 jóvenes de ahorro juvenil; y favorecimos a 129 organizaciones o ideas de negocio las mismas que recibieron sus segundos apoyos consecutivamente por parte del proyecto.This paper analyzed the execution of the budget allocated to the Project for the Improvement of Public Services for Sustainable Territorial Development in the Area of Influence of the Apurímac, Ene, and Mantaro Rivers, generically known as the "Sustainable Territorial Development Project – PDTS" of the Cusco Regional Unit (URP ECHARATE), for 2022. The operations covered the districts of Echarate and Megantoni in the Province of La Convención, Department of Cusco. The project sought to reduce rural poverty in the troubled areas of the VRAEM (Vraem Region of the Region of Cusco). To fulfill its purpose, the PDTS concentrated funds on activities grouped into four components: i) Governance and Investments in Territorial Natural Resources, ii) Local Economic Initiatives, iii) Connectivity and Territorial Infrastructure, and iv) Project Management and Administration to meet the goals set in the 2022 POA for the benefit of the poorest rural and native communities (CCNN) of various local indigenous peoples, such as the Machiguenga, Asháninca, and Yineyami, among others.
