Departamento Académico de NutriciónEl objetivo principal de la presente investigación consistió en caracterizar las tecnológicas en los sistemas de crianza de Camélidos Sudamericanos en tres distritos de la Reserva Nacional de Salinas y Aguada Blanca. Se emplearon documentos del Censo Matriz general de Producción, Inversión y Prácticas, así como bases e informes finales de los concursos, Además, para complementar la información se realizaron entrevistas a participantes del distrito de Yanque, específicamente en el Centro Poblado de Chalhuanca, San Juan de Tarucani y San Antonio de Chuca. En este proceso, se realizó un análisis del caso de los concursos denominados "Manejo Integral de Fundos", abarcando el período comprendido entre los años 2018 y 2022. Se examinaron diversos aspectos del perfil de los criadores participantes, tales como su edad, género, nivel educativo y tamaño del rebaño. Además, se llevó a cabo la identificación y descripción de prácticas tecnológicas relacionadas con el manejo de recursos naturales, la gestión integral del rebaño y la promoción de viviendas saludables. Los resultados indicaron que los concursos se llevaron a cabo siguiendo una metodología participativa que involucró a las autoridades distritales y a los criadores de alpacas en la toma de decisiones. Además, se identificó que los criadores son pequeños productores, con una edad adulta entre 40 a 59 años, mayor participación el género masculino y como grado de instrucción la primaria. Las practicas tecnológicas con mayor aceptación y continuidad en recursos naturales fueron el abonamiento de praderas, la siembra de chilligua y la construcción de canales, en el manejo del rebaño fueron las prácticas de identificación y calidad genética (reproductivos, productivos y zootécnicos), el manejo técnico del rebaño y el uso del botiquín veterinario. Por último, en vivienda saludable dieron prioridad en mantener las viviendas limpias y ordenadas, la instalación de baños o letrinas, el acceso a servicios de agua para consumo y una adecuada gestión de residuos sólidos. Según los resultados encontrados, se sugiere continuar implementando tecnologías de conservación del agua y de pastizales, así como las prácticas de manejo productivo de alpacas.The main objective of the research was to characterize the technological innovations in the breeding systems of South American Camelids in three districts of the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve. The documents from the Census General Matrix of Production, Investment and Practices, Bases and Final Reports of the contests and interviews with participants from the Yanque district specifically in the Populated Center of Chalhuanca, San Juan de Tarucani and San Antonio de Chuca were used. In this process, an analysis of the development of the contests called "Comprehensive Fund Management" was carried out between the years of 2018 and 2022, the profile of the breeders in which the age, gender, level of education and number of animals. The technological practices with greater acceptance and continuity innatural resources were the fertilization of meadows, the planting of chilligua and the construction of canals, in the management of the herd were the practices of identification and genetic quality, the technical management of the herd and the use of veterinary medicine cabinet.
