Departamento Académico de HorticulturaEn la actualidad el Perú es considerado como el mayor exportador de arándanos a nivel mundial, por lo tanto, la competitividad de las empresas agroindustriales es cada vez más fuerte y para conseguir un mayor crecimiento es necesario acceder a los mercados internacionales que cada vez son más exigentes en calidad e inocuidad del producto final, por ende, es necesario que se cumpla con las exigencias de buenas prácticas agrícolas, como son los estándares de Global G.A.P. y sus adendas. En este sentido se presenta la experiencia profesional que implementa los módulos FSMA, TESCO Nurture, AH-DLL Grow, SPRING y GRASP en el cultivo de arándano destinado a la exportación de un fundo ubicado en la ciudad de Olmos y que con la puesta en marcha de los estándares se buscó asegurar que el producto final cumpla las normas requeridas por el mercado destino. En el presente trabajo se detalla todas las actividades de producción y se elabora la evaluación de riesgo, creación y modificación documentaria según los puntos críticos de control que exige la norma, así como el mejoramiento de la infraestructura y la implementación del sistema de representantes de trabajadores. El cumplimiento de todos los estándares permitió la obtención del certificado Global G.A.P y sus adendas.Peru is currently considered the largest exporter of blueberries worldwide, therefore, the competitiveness of agribusiness companies is becoming stronger and stronger and to achieve greater growth it is necessary to access international markets that are increasingly demanding in quality and safety of the final product, therefore, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of good agricultural practices, such as the standards of Global GA.P. and its addenda. In this sense, the professional experience that implements the FSMA, TESCO Nurture, AH-DLL Grow, SPRING and GRASP modules in the cultivation of blueberries for export of a farm located in the city of Olmos is presented, and with the implementation of the standards, it was sought to ensure that the final product meets the standards required by the destination market. This work details all the production activities and elaborates the risk assessment, creation and modification of documentation according to the critical control points required by the standard, as well as the improvement of the infrastructure and the implementation of the workers' representatives system.
