La metodología que se empleó fue de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental con corte transversal y nivel correlacional, la población estuvo conformada por 60 profesionales de enfermería del instituto oncológico y la muestra fue censal, el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia, su técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario. En cuanto a los resultados se obtuvo un nivel de correlación entre la gestión hospitalaria y productividad en enfermeras de acuerdo a la prueba de Rho Spearman de 0.751. Se concluyó, que existe una asociación positiva alta entre las variables de estudio.
