Hospital III Yanahuara, Arequipa – 2021. Metodología: el estudio estuvo elaborado con un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental, retrospectivo y analítico. La muestra fue constituida por 169 pacientes post COVID-19, seleccionados por muestreo no probabilístico. Se aplico la escala de actitudes frente al confinamiento y el WHOQOL-BREF sobre calidad de vida, ambos instrumentos son validados y fiables según consideraciones éticas. Los resultados un valor ρ = 0.000 menor a 0.05 y un coeficiente de correlación de 0.611 por lo que se acepta la hipótesis alterna. En conclusión, se demuestra una relación positiva alta en una 61.1% entre las actitudes frente al confinamiento y la calidad de vida en pacientes post COVID-19 del Hospital III Yanahuara.
