Factors associated with treatment and patient were found; Among them, the most frequent were inadequate knowledge of the disease, doctor-patient relationship, and age.La hipertensión arterial es uno de los factores de riesgo modificables, constituyendo una de las enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles más prevalente. Este estudio identificó, los factores asociados a la no adherencia a tratamiento antihipertensivo. Se revisaron artículos de tesis, en los repositorios de universidades privadas y públicas peruanas, desde el 2016 hasta el 2020; solo siete publicaciones cumplieron con los criterios de selección.
