E. Jorge Chávez Dartnell, Provincia Daniel Alcides Carrión - Región Pasco, facilitando el cumplimiento del objetivo general, que es mejorar la gestión curricular en las estrategias didácticas del área de matemática, a través de la participación de los docentes del área de matemática. La Metodología para la construcción de este Plan de Acción es la Investigación aplicada y la Investigación Cualitativa, con un Diseño de investigación de Acción Participativa a través del instrumento de la Guía de entrevista, Encuesta, obteniéndose el diagnostico respectivo a través de la toma de muestra a 04 docentes respectivamente, para identificar su apreciación sobre estrategias didácticas en las sesiones diarias en la I.E. “Jorge Chávez Dartnell”, arribándose a que la gestión curricular en la I.E. “Jorge Chávez Dartnell”, no está siendo participe en el desarrollo pedagógico, es por ello que el docente del área de matemática muestra debilidad en relación al uso de las estrategias. Formulándose que las alternativas de solución, va desde la iniciativa del director como líder pedagógico, que debe motivar y estimular a los docentes dentro de la escuela, para que ellos produzcan su práctica pedagógica y mejoren los aprendizajes de sus estudiantes, a través del desarrollo del enfoque por competencias, el cual permitirán a los estudiantes pensar y actuar. Asimismo, apoyar al desarrollo profesional de los docentes en su práctica educativa con un trabajo de las Comunidades Profesionales de Aprendizaje tiene por objetivo primordial de aprender colectivamente, como también inculcar a los docentes profundizar el uso de materiales y recursos, pues facilita la adquisición de conocimientos en los estudiantes.
