La toma de decisiones es muy importante para que cada una de los docentes puedan tener mejor desempeño laboral, y su productividad sea mucho más eficiente y realicen su trabajo con armonía, En la presente investigación se da a conocer las etapas de la toma de decisiones, los tipos de la toma de decisiones en la tipología por niveles y tipologías por métodos; los ambientes al momento de tomar una decisión y los criterios que se debe de tomar en cuenta y demás sustentos teóricos de la variable estudiada.
