description El presente Plan de Acción denominado: Gestión curricular que promueve la aplicación de la pedagogía de proyectos en una institución educativa pública, Región Loreto, tiene como objetivo general diseñar un Plan de Formación Continua orientado a promover una adecuada gestión curricular en la aplicación de la pedagogía de proyectos en la I.E., que se desarrollara con la participación de 6 docentes que laboran en el Ciclo II - Jardín de una institución educativa inicial del Distrito de San Juan Bautista y que presentan dificultad para desarrollar la pedagogía de proyectos con la participación de los estudiantes. Este Plan de Acción emplea el tipo de investigación aplicada, puesto que busca conocer para hacer, para actuar, para construir, para modificar. Es decir, es una investigación educacional, dirigido a resolver problemas en la gestión de la educación, la cual se operativizará con las técnicas de observación y la encuesta con sus respectivos instrumentos de recojo de información como el registro de anecdotario, ficha de monitoreo y cuestionario de preguntas abiertas. Concerniente a los resultados de este Plan de Acción, es que las docentes aclaren las dificultades en referencia al quehacer pedagógico con la aplicación de la pedagogía de proyectos, que rompan los estilos de las escuelas tradicionales y con las características de docentes y estudiantes, tomando esta propuesta democrática y participativa para lograr aprendizajes significativos en los estudiantes.
