Se trabajó con población censal, la cual estuvo constituidas por 4 instituciones educativas públicas del distrito de Reque, con un total de 110 docentes. Se utilizó la técnica encuesta, en el cual se les aplicó la escala de satisfacción laboral, creada por la psicóloga Palma Carrillo (1999), así mismo, para la escala de compromiso organizacional creada por Meyer y Allen. Los resultados obtenidos indican que no existe correlación entre satisfacción laboral y compromiso organizacional (p>0.05), y en cuanto a los resultados descriptivos se determine mayor predominio del nivel insatisfecho en satisfacción laboral (67%) y del nivel promedio para compromiso organizacional (52%)
