La población de estudio estará conformada por 35 licenciados en Enfermería que laboran en dicho Centro de Salud. Para la obtención de la muestra se aplicará el diseño no probabilístico, siendo un total de 35 licenciaos en enfermería. Para la recolección de datos se aplicará la técnica de la encuesta, en el que se usará un cuestionario para medir la variable sobre el nivel de estrés en el personal de enfermería. Resultados: para el proceso de descripción y análisis de los datos obtenidos, se usarán las medidas de tendencia central, como la media, la mediana y la moda y la frecuencia con la que ocurre cada valor en una variable. Finalmente, para poder ilustrar claramente la distribución de la información procesada se usarán los histogramas, diagramas y gráficos descriptivos. Conclusiones: las conclusiones serán arribadas en base al objetivo general propuesto y la discusión a través del contraste entre las teorías y los resultados obtenidos para finalmente obtener nuevos conocimientos que serán de importancia para la profesión de enfermería.

Materiales and Methods: this research has a quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental approach and will be developed in the City of Huaraz, Ancash, Peru. The study population will be made up of 35 nursing graduates who work in said Health Center. To obtain the sample, the non-probabilistic design will be applied, with a total of 35 nursing graduates. To collect data, the survey technique will be applied, in which a questionnaire will be used to measure the variable on the level of stress in the nursing staff. Results: for the process of description and analysis of the data obtained, measures of central tendency will be used, such as the mean, median and mode and the frequency with which each value occurs in a variable. Finally, in order to clearly illustrate the distribution of the processed information, histograms, diagrams and descriptive graphs will be used.
