description El objetivo de este trabajo es implementar un sistema contable en una empresa comercializadora de productos agrícolas para mejorar su cumplimiento tributario y optimizar su gestión financiera en 2024. La metodología empleada es de enfoque mixto y tipo descriptivo, con un nivel aplicado, y un diseño no experimental y de corte transversal, adecuado de la implementación del sistema. Durante el diagnostico, se identificaron varios problemas críticos en la empresa: la ausencia de libros contables, la falta de un software contable adecuado para generar informes financieros, y la imprecisión y falta de puntualidad en las declaraciones tributarias. También se detectó la ausencia de trabajadores en planilla, lo cual afecta el cumplimiento de la Superintendencia Nacional de fiscalización laboral (SUNAFIL). Además, se observó deficiencia en la facturación de comprobantes de pago, incumpliendo los requisitos establecidos, y en la estructura financiera, ya que la empresa no disponía de una cuenta bancaria registrada a su nombre, dificultando el control de las finanzas. La empresa también recibió varias notificaciones de la SUNAT debido a incumplimientos en el pago oportuno de los tributos. Estos hallazgos evidencian la necesidad de implementar medidas correctivas para cumplir con las normativas vigentes y evitar sanciones futuras.

Estos hallazgos evidencian la necesidad de implementar medidas correctivas para cumplir con las normativas vigentes y evitar sanciones futuras.The objective of this work is to implement an accounting system in a company marketing agricultural products to improve its tax compliance and optimize its financial management in 2024. The methodology used is of mixed approach and descriptive type, with an applied level, and a non-experimental and cross- sectional design, suitable to evaluate the impact of the implementation of the system. During the diagnosis, several critical problems in the company were identified: the absence of accounting books, the lack of adequate accounting software to generate financial reports, and the imprecision and lack of punctuality in tax returns. The absence of workers on the payroll was also detected, which affects compliance with the National Superintendence of Labor Supervision (SUNAFIL). In addition, a deficiency was observed in the invoicing of payment receipts, not complying with the established requirements, and in the financial structure, since the company did not have a bank account registered in its name, making it difficult to control finances. The company also received several notifications from SUNAT due to non-compliance in the timely payment of taxes.
