description Objetivo: identificar los factores que condicionan estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos en el Hospital de emergencias José Casimiro Ulloa, 2023. Materiales y métodos: la investigación es Cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. El total de la población estuvo integrada por 35 licenciados de enfermería con la especialidad en Cuidados Intensivos. Se aplicará un cuestionario de 34 preguntas donde se conformará 5 dimensiones. Los datos obtenidos del instrumento se utilizarán “THE NURSING STRESS SCALLE - NSS”. La confiabilidad y validez del instrumento es adaptarlo, en el país (Perú) fue utilizado por María Morales en su investigación (2021). Resultados: la información obtenida se procederá en un programa estadístico SPSS, luego serán cifrados e vaciados al programa Excel. Conclusiones: en el trabajo de investigación nos aportara información para la institución, sobre todo para el servicio de UCI. Asimismo serán beneficiarios el profesional de salud, los familiares así como los pacientes.
