La priorización de diagnóstico de enfermería nos basamos a las necesidades básicas del paciente y se trabajó con los patrones de Maryori Gordon relacionándolo con la taxonomía NANDA, NIC NOC. Según los resultados, se realizó la valoración de los signos vitales obteniendo, fr. 28 x minuto, saturación de oxígeno 85 %, temperatura 38.3 °c, p/a 130/90 mmhg, fc 95 x minuto y portador de sonda Foley, lo cual fueron útiles para determinar los diagnósticos de enfermería, donde se otorgó la prioridad a cada uno de ellos, procediendo a realizar las intervenciones adecuadas. Conclusiones: se determina que las intervenciones de enfermería alcanzaron un nivel de cumplimiento del 80% en la mayoría de los diagnósticos, demostrando una atención efectiva y oportuna. A pesar de ello, el 20% restante continúa en observación. Lo que evidencia la necesidad de un seguimiento continuo y estrategias de cuidado personalizadas para optimizar la recuperación del paciente.

Regarding the prioritization of nursing diagnoses, we based our approach on the patient’s basic needs, working with Marjory Gordon’s functional health patterns and relating them to the NANDA, NIC, and NOC taxonomies. Based on the patient’s results, vital signs were assessed, obtaining: RR 28/min, oxygen saturation 85%, temperature 38.3°C, BP 130/90 mmHg, HR 95/min, and the patient carried a Foley catheter. These data were essential to determine the nursing diagnoses, allowing for prioritization and the implementation of appropriate interventions. Conclusions: it is determined that nursing interventions achieved an 80% compliance rate in most diagnoses, demonstrating effective and timely care.
