Se aplicaron taxonomías NANDA, NIC Y NOC para diagnósticos e intervenciones. Resultados: hipertermia presenta un 20% en tratamiento, con buena reducción de temperatura. El 10% sigue en curso por dolor muscular y articular. También, el 10% involucra volumen de líquidos inadecuados. El riesgo de disminución de la tolerancia a la actividad está al 20%, y el 25% enfrenta riesgo de lesiones por presión. Conclusión: las acciones de enfermería resultaron ser principalmente eficaces, sin embargo, el enfoque debe dirigirse a los diagnósticos con porcentajes bajos, como hipertermia 20% riesgo de disminución de la tolerancia a la actividad el (20%) y el riesgo de lesión por presión en el adulto (25%).Para finalizar, es necesario proporcionar formación y monitoreo al paciente para consolidar los resultados.

Materials and methods: the study analyzed a 28- year-old patient using observation, interviews, and assessment of functional patterns. NANDA, NIC, and NOC taxonomies were applied for diagnoses and interventions. Results: hyperthermia is present in 20% of cases under treatment, with good temperature reduction. 10% is still in progress due to muscle and joint pain. Also, 10% involves inadequate fluid volume. The risk of decreased activity tolerance is at 20%, and 25% face the risk of pressure injuries. Conclusion: nursing actions were mainly effective; however, the focus should be directed to diagnoses with low percentages, such as hyperthermia (20%) and risk of decreased activity tolerance (20%) and the risk of pressure injury in adults (25%).
