Resultados: de acuerdo a la priorización de diagnósticos, 90% de las acciones se hicieron correctamente, logrando mejorar la condición del paciente, el 10 % se encuentra en desarrollo. Estos resultados se obtuvieron durante los procesos de análisis clínico en el departamento de servicios de la unidad de observación de emergencia. Conclusiones: se ha comprobado que el paciente con EVC isquémico puede presentar problemas en la movilidad del cuerpo, por otro lado, se Recupera gradualmente la sensibilidad izquierda con las terapias.

The study population was one adult male patient diagnosed with ischemic stroke who was treated in the emergency service of the San Juan de Lurigancho hospital. For this evaluation, the technique employed was a patient interview, as well as an evaluation using the assessment tool based on Marjory Gordon's eleven functional patterns. Results: according to the diagnostic prioritization, 90% of the actions were performed correctly, improving the patient's condition; 10% are in progress. These results were obtained during the clinical analysis processes in the services department of the emergency observation unit.
