La investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, con un planteamiento metodológico de estudio correlacional no experimental, la técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta aplicada a 382 pobladores entre 30 a 60 años, que acudieron a los establecimientos farmacéuticos FarmaSalud y Farmazul. La encuesta fue validada por docentes de la Universidad María Auxiliadora, el instrumento fue el cuestionario conformado por 36 preguntas que fue colectada y analizada en una hoja de cálculo Excel, en tablas de frecuencia. Se encontró que las reacciones adversas presentadas con mayor frecuencia fueron: fiebre y dolor de cabeza con 62 %, y dolor en el lugar de aplicación con 76 %. Respecto a la vacuna que presentó mayor reacción adversa fue Pfizer con 46,1 %. En conclusión, la reacción adversa con mayor frecuencia en personas entre 30 a 60 años, fue el dolor con 41,1 % y la vacuna que presentó más reacciones adversas fue Pfizer con 46.1 %.

Respecto a la vacuna que presentó mayor reacción adversa fue Pfizer con 46,1 %. En conclusión, la reacción adversa con mayor frecuencia en personas entre 30 a 60 años, fue el dolor con 41,1 % y la vacuna que presentó más reacciones adversas fue Pfizer con 46.1 %.The objective of this study was to determine the frequency of immediate adverse reactions (ADRs) as an effect of the application of vaccines against Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (Covid-19) in the inhabitants of Cerro Colorado Arequipa between December 2022 and April 2023. The research had a quantitative approach, with a methodological approach of a non-experimental correlational study, the data collection technique used was the survey applied to 382 inhabitants between 30 and 60 years of age who went to FarmaSalud and Farmazul pharmaceutical establishments. The survey was validated by three teachers from the María Auxiliadora University, the instrument was a questionnaire made up of a total of 36 questions, this information was collected and analyzed in an Excel spreadsheet and presented in frequency tables. It was found that the most frequent adverse reactions were: fever and headache with 62%, and pain at the site of application with 76%. Regarding the vaccine that presented the greatest adverse reaction was Pfizer with 46.1 %.
