La población estuvo constituida por 50 pacientes del Servicio de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Militar Central, se realizó el trabajo académico con el total de la población, considerado muestra censal. Resultados: los resultados demuestran que la calidad de atención en pacientes fue en su mayoría mediana, seguido de alta y por último baja. Conclusión: la calidad del cuidado en su mayoría fue mediana seguida de alta y baja.
