Material y métodos: Este estudio es cuantitativo, no experimental, de corte transversal, prospectivo, descriptivo y básico. Su población se constituirá por el total de pacientes atendidos en el ámbito y durante el tiempo establecido. Se usará un cuestionario para recopilar los datos sociodemográficos-clínicos y para medir la variable de estudio se usará el cuestionario de percepción de los comportamientos del cuidado humanizado en enfermería (PCHE) en su 3era versión, que está constituido por 32 reactivos divididos en tres categorías: cualidades del hacer de enfermería, apertura a la comunicación enfermera(o)-paciente y disposición para la atención. Para el análisis de los datos obtenidos sé empleará softwares como Excel y el paquete estadístico SPSS. Resultados: Se darán en diferentes tablas y gráficas. Conclusiones: El estudio otorgará datos concretos sobre la variable de estudio.

Materials and Methods: this is a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, prospective, descriptive, and basic study. The population will consist of all patients treated in the established setting and during the specified time period. A questionnaire will be used to collect sociodemographic and clinical data, and the perception of humanized care behaviors in nursing questionnaire (PCHE), 3rd version, will be used to measure the study variable. This questionnaire consists of 32 items divided into three categories: qualities of nursing practice, openness to nurse-patient communication, and willingness to provide care. Software such as Excel and the SPSS statistical package will be used to analyze the data obtained. Results: These will be presented in various tables and graphs.
