Objetivo: evaluar el efecto analgésico sinérgico de la oleorresina de Mentha × piperita L y Zingiber officinale Roscoe en ratones albinos. Materiales y método: investigación de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo experimental. El proceso implicó extraer la oleorresina utilizando un extractor Soxhlet, formular una pomada con excipientes y Mentha × piperita L, Zingiber officinale Roscoe, y administrar diferentes dosis por vía tópica a grupos de ratones. El efecto analgésico se midió mediante el método de la placa caliente, evaluando el tiempo respuesta. Se realizó un análisis, ANOVA multifactorial – unifactorial para establecer relaciones entre variables y determinar la eficacia de la oleorresina en la modulación de la analgesia. Resultados: el análisis detallado de los efectos de los factores Menta y Kion en la variable Tiempo Respuesta reveló que, individualmente, ambos factores mostraron un aumento en el tiempo de respuesta a medida que se incrementaban sus concentraciones. Sin embargo, al combinarlos, se observó un efecto de antagonismo, donde la mezcla de concentraciones resultó en una disminución del tiempo de respuesta. Conclusión: la Menta mostró un mayor impacto analgésico en concentraciones más altas en comparación con el Kion, la combinación de Menta y Kion no demostró una mejora sinérgica en el efecto analgésico. |

Materials and methods: this study utilized a quantitative experimental approach. The process involved extracting the oleoresin using a Soxhlet extractor, formulating an ointment with excipients and Mentha × piperita L, Zingiber officinale Roscoe, and topically administering different doses to groups of mice. The analgesic effect was measured using the hot plate method to evaluate the response time. A multifactorial - unifactorial ANOVA analysis was conducted to establish relationships between variables and determine the efficacy of oleoresin in modulating analgesia. Results: detailed analysis of the effects of Peppermint and Kion on the Time-Response variable revealed that, individually, both factors showed an increase in response time as their concentrations were increased. However, when combined, an antagonistic effect was observed, where mixing concentrations resulted in a decrease in response time. Conclusion: peppermint demonstrated a greater analgesic impact at higher concentrations compared to Kion.
