Bernales, 2024. Material y métodos: se desarrolló un estudio descriptivo de caso clínico con enfoque no experimental, empleando las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC. La población consistió en un recién nacido prematuro de 34 semanas con diagnóstico de distrés respiratorio. La valoración se realizó mediante los 11 patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon. Resultados: deterioro de la ventilación espontánea: 88% de intervenciones ejecutadas exitosamente; 12% en proceso. Lactancia materna ineficaz: 65% de intervenciones completadas; 35% en proceso. Protección ineficaz: 85% de intervenciones efectivas; 15% en proceso. Riesgo de hipotermia neonatal: 85% de intervenciones realizadas; 15% en proceso. Riesgo de nivel de glucemia inestable: 95% de intervenciones exitosas; 5% en proceso. Conclusión: las intervenciones de enfermería implementadas según las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC demostraron una alta efectividad en la mejora clínica del recién nacido. Sin embargo, algunas áreas requieren seguimiento para optimizar los resultados en aspectos como regulación térmica y lactancia.

Bernales National Hospital, 2024. Material and methods: a descriptive clinical case study was developed with a non- experimental approach, using the NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomies. The population consisted of a 34-week premature newborn with a diagnosis of respiratory distress. The evaluation was carried out using Marjory Gordon's 11 functional patterns. Results: deterioration of spontaneous ventilation: 88% of interventions carried out successfully; 12% in process. Ineffective breastfeeding: 65% of interventions completed; 35% in process. Ineffective protection: 85% effective interventions; 15% in process. Risk of neonatal hypothermia: 85% of interventions performed; 15% in process. Risk of unstable blood glucose level: 95% of successful interventions; 5% in process. Conclusion: nursing interventions implemented according to the NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomies demonstrated high effectiveness in the clinical improvement of the newborn.
