La etapa cuantitativa, que tiene preeminencia, aplicará un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y de carácter descriptivo correlacional. La población de interés está constituida por el equipo de enfermería del servicio señalado. Se empleará un muestreo de tipo probabilístico y la obtención de la información se realizará utilizando la Escala Integral de Calidad del Cuidado en Enfermería de Emergencia, un cuestionario de 26 preguntas de respuesta dicotómica que será validado mediante juicio de expertos y una prueba piloto para confirmar su fiabilidad. Resultados: se prevé alcanzar un panorama pormenorizado que contemple. Los valores medios y la dispersión de la calidad en cada una de las dimensiones, así como una medición integral. Conclusión: el estudio producirá un diagnóstico sólido y contextualizado sobre la calidad de la práctica de enfermería en un servicio de urgencias de alta demanda.

Materials and Methods: A mixed-methods, sequential-explanatory study will be conducted. The quantitative phase, which is predominant, will employ a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational design. The target population consists of the nursing team of the aforementioned department. Probabilistic sampling will be used, and data will be collected using the Comprehensive Scale for Quality of Care in Emergency Nursing, a 26-question dichotomous questionnaire that will be validated through expert review and a pilot test to confirm its reliability. Results: A detailed overview is expected, including the mean values and dispersion of quality in each dimension, as well as a comprehensive measurement.
