description Introducción: las buenas prácticas de oficina farmacéutica dispone las reglas técnicas y requisitos mínimos a los establecimientos farmacéuticos, dentro de los cuales uno de sus procesos importantes esta las buenas prácticas de dispensación. Objetivo: realizar una revisión sistemática sobre las buenas prácticas de dispensación a nivel mundial y de esta manera permitir comprender esta problemática. Material y método: se uso el enfoque cualitativo, se analizó 10 artículos de investigación extraídos de bases de datos académicas, se aplicaron filtros teniendo en cuenta los últimos 5 años. Correspondiente a una investigación no experimental, descriptiva. Se usó como instrumento plantillas de extracción de datos y la técnica fue estrategia de búsqueda. Resultados: se encontraron errores de dispensación, el más común es la dispensación de medicamentos sin receta médica, otro error es la falta de interacción con el paciente, no se le da el asesoramiento adecuado sobre el medicamento. Conclusión: según los resultados se concluye que los errores de dispensación es una práctica común, especialmente en los países en desarrollo, la automatización, formación y capacitación son herramientas que pueden disminuir considerablemente los errores.

Conclusión: según los resultados se concluye que los errores de dispensación es una práctica común, especialmente en los países en desarrollo, la automatización, formación y capacitación son herramientas que pueden disminuir considerablemente los errores.Introduction: good pharmaceutical office practices establish the technical rules and minimum requirements for pharmaceutical establishments, within which one of its important processes is good dispensing practices. Objective: to carry out a systematic review of good dispensing practices worldwide and thus allow us to understand this problem in order to structure better strategies. Material and method: the method used is a qualitative approach, several journals were analyzed exhaustively, obtaining 10 research articles extracted from academic in Spanish and English were used, which were used to form equations that helped make a better search, filters were also applied taking into account the last 5 years. Results: in most analyzed articles, we found dispensing errors, with the most common being the dispensing of medications without a prescription. Another error is the lack of interaction with the patient, where adequate advice about the medication is not provided. Conclusion: based on the results, it is concluded that dispensing errors are a common practice, especially in developing countries.
