description Determinar el nivel de estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería del centro quirúrgico del Hospital San Juan de Dios de Pisco. El grupo de investigación incluye un total de 24 enfermeras que laboran en el área quirúrgica del Hospital San Juan de Dios de Pisco. La técnica y recolección de datos utilizará un cuestionario diseñado por The Nursing Stress Scale que consta de 34 interrogantes, previa autorización y consentimiento informado de los participantes. Resultados: estos se expresan en tablas y figuras que describen las variables del estudio. Conclusiones: el estudio proporciona una valiosa investigación para que las enfermeras encuentren herramientas para situaciones cotidianas.
