Materiales y métodos: este estudio es tipo descriptivo, de diseño no experimental y transversal se realizó mediante el proceso de atención de enfermería en un caso clínico, utilizando el formato de valoración por patrones de Marjory Gordon, NANDA, NOC Y NIC, los cuales serán plasmadas en las tablas e interpretadas según nuestro criterio para un eficaz resultado basando en evidencia. Resultados: en el análisis del diagnóstico de enfermería hipertermia, en la figura 1 se puede analizar que las intervenciones que se llevó a cabo fueron ejecutadas satisfactoriamente el 80 %. Mientras que el 20 % están en proceso por enfermedad y otros factores. El cual se tuvo como objetivo disminuir temperatura corporal, teniendo como actividades: regulación de la temperatura, manejo de la temperatura. Conclusiones: en el diagnóstico de enfermería hipertermia relacionado con sepsis evidenciado por piel caliente al contacto enrojecida, temperatura 39 ºC, se analizó las intervenciones que se llevó a cabo fueron ejecutadas satisfactoriamente el 80 %. Mientras que el 20 % están en proceso por enfermedad y otros factores como no aplicar medios físicos debido a decisión negativa del paciente.
