La población está constituida por 22 profesionales de enfermería de la Clínica Limatambo. La técnica é instrumento serán encuestas y cuestionarios, utilizando como instrumento la Escala de Estrés de Enfermería (The Nursing Stress Scale o NSS), creada en 1981, que consta de 34 ítems distribuidos en tres dimensiones: física, psicológica y socia. Resultados: los resultados se presentarán mediante gráficos y tablas, proporcionando una representación visual clara de los hallazgos. La combinación de estos métodos de análisis y presentación permitirá una comprensión exhaustiva del nivel de estrés laboral y su implicación en el estudio, facilitando así la interpretación y la discusión de los datos obtenidos. Conclusiones: los resultados del estudio favorecerán la promoción de programas de apoyo y capacitación dirigidos a mitigar el estrés laboral en los profesionales de enfermería de las áreas de emergencia.

The population consists of 22 nursing professionals from Clínica Limatambo. The data collection technique will be a survey, using the Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) as the instrument. Created in 1981, the scale consists of 34 items distributed across three dimensions: physical, psychological, and social. Results: the findings will be presented through graphs and tables, providing a clear visual representation of the data. This combination of analysis and presentation methods will allow for a comprehensive understanding of the level of work-related stress and its implications in the study, thus facilitating the interpretation and discussion of the results obtained.
