Material y método: el presente documento tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal. Ya que en el enfoque cuantitativo se puede medir de forma objetiva los datos recopilados y ayuda a explicar la problemática. Resultados: el desarrollo de la autogestión de los cuidados en la paciente se realizó en un 75 %, ya que se le brindó información y el cuidado correspondiente acerca de su enfermedad para su pronta recuperación, quedando en proceso el 25% hasta que pueda concluir con el proceso del tratamiento de la segunda fase. Con respecto al estado nutricional de la paciente se vino mejorando en un 100%. Por otro lado, con respecto al nivel de ansiedad se logró un resultado del 75 % de mejora, quedando un 25 % en proceso.

Material and method: this document has a quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional approach. Since in the quantitative approach the data collected can be objectively measured and helps explain the problem. Results: the development of self-management of care in the patient was carried out at 75%, since she was provided with information and the corresponding care about her illness for her speedy recovery, leaving 25% in process until she can conclude with the second phase treatment process. Regarding the patient's nutritional status, it improved by 100%.
